1. Audit

We’ll take a step back from the day-to-day and review your marketing: what has worked working, what hasn't and what needs to change to improve your marketing function.

We review your marketing processes - from research, through planning to dispensing tactics and measurement. How much industry best practice do you currently follow, and where can improvements be made.

3. Research

The foundation of all great marketing is research. We'll consider all the ways we can acquire data on your customers and the competition to inform our marketing plan.

4. Planning

1 year or 5, marketing or brand management: we'll begin to assemble our plan. The output is a 10 page document ready to present to the board, the C-suite, your team or third-party partners.

5. Segmentation

Armed with our customer information, using a variety of techniques, we shall slice the market, and identify the segments where we can have the most impact.

6. Targeting

We will make a call on who we will target and who we will not. We will balance your business’ needs for sophisticated mass marketing with highly targeted sales activation, so that one feeds the other.

Let’s have a short chat on Zoom to discuss your goals, challenges and hot priorities, and then work out how I can best help. If you are still not sure, I recommend the Deep Dive Workshop – a 3.5 hour face-to-face workshop where we unpack your business/marketing mission and wrap it up in an omni-channel marketing review. After the workshop I produce a report with recommendations. 

Cost: £2500 + VAT 

If you then decide to engage my services, I will draft a Statement of Work. Once it is signed, we can book in the work. Typically 8 weeks notice is needed ahead of commencement. 

I recommend 6 months minimum. Some clients prefer 1 year engagements.

I ensure a full hand-over of all data, marketing initiative plans and supplier contact details are passed to you and your team.
